1. Free Trial

We provide a 30-day free trial for all new accounts. We encourage you to use this period to evaluate whether Contract Ledger meets your needs before your paid subscription begins.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.

• Before Trial Ends: If you cancel before your free trial ends, you will not be charged.
• After Trial Ends: If you cancel after your paid subscription has started, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

3. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. Exceptions to this policy may be made at our sole discretion if a technical issue prevents you from using the Service, provided you have contacted our support team to resolve the issue first.
